Suggested Payment Process: 10% Reservation: Payable to Cosmic Villas Ltd 30% Deposit: Payable to the Owner 60% Balance: Payable to the Owner - Due 10 weeks prior to arrival Breakage Deposit: €600 or £500 - Payable to the Owner with Balance of Payment. All Red stated figures are flexible by the owner of the villa.
