• Your Villa Website - which we would create for you - Sample • Media publicity - National and Local • Website links • Telemarketing Requisite from you To add your Villa to our data base the following criteria must be met:- • Villa must be of a very good standard, have a minimum of five bedrooms preferably en suite and with its own Swimming Pool • The price you charge per week must be the same wherever you advertise • Your constantly up-dated Villa reservation calendar through Your Villa Website which we created for you • Provide us with proof that you are the owner or that you have the owners permission • To arrange a visit/inspection of your villa by one of our colleagues based locally Reservation & Payments When a booking is made by/through us for your Villa a 10% booking deposit is taken from the renter, this is our commission that covers some of the promotional/marketing/ website running costs.
