This magnificent home, located in a picturesque rural Umbria and enjoying expansive views of the rolling hillsides, vineyards, and olive groves, is proudly offered by Cosmic Villas.
The original features and timber furnishings have been painstakingly maintained in this lovely 19th-century home, giving it a warm and genuine feel.
The villa comprises four apartments, providing lots of private space and communal areas for up to 14 guests to stay in a total of 7 bedrooms.
There are two independent apartments on the first level and two more on the ground floor. Each apartment has a separate kitchen and dining space, and the entire home is built with terracotta tiles, stone walls, and wooden beams.
The ideal location for everyone to congregate for meals and socialising is an isolated annexe with a roomy lounge and expansive dining table to seat all visitors.
The outdoor location is peaceful and welcoming because it is surrounded by rich vegetation and an unspoiled landscape.
Views of the Umbrian countryside may be seen from the spacious swimming pool, which is located at the end of the yard.
The poolside area, framed by rows of sun loungers, is a delightful place where everyone can unwind and have a good time.
There are also places to find shade from the sun, along with picnic tables and coffee benches. The covered al fresco dining area is a beautiful place to spend your nights enjoying delectable meals and taking in the setting sun.
A 20-minute drive will take you to Todi, a charming mediaeval town with a lovely centre piazza and some excellent cafes and restaurants. The picturesque hilltop village of Civitella del Lago is well worth a visit for its mesmerising views of Lake Carbora.
The city of Orvieto can also be seen across the lake on clear days. This historic city on a cliff face is renowned for its magnificent church, whose spires are frequently seen sparkling in the sunlight.
The cities of Terni and Perugia, as well as the town of Assisi, can all be reached by car in less than an hour from the villa. Perugia is a vibrant and dynamic city full of art and culture. The city has a vibrant nightlife in addition to historic structures and fine dining, primarily because of its significant student population.
The largest volcanic lake in Europe, Lake Bolsena, is reachable by car. It has both sandy and pebbly beaches, as well as a range of watersports and fishing options. Lake Trasimeno, one of Italy's biggest and most beautiful lakes, is likewise a short distance away and a must-see when in the area.
