The design of this three-storey villa both indoors and out is stunning, it offers plenty of space for up to fourteen guests, with air-conditioning throughout and privacy when you are outside on the deck.

As soon as you step into the villa you are provided with a lobby and a foosball table in the entrance hall.
After the entrance hall the first room you will encounter will be the place where everyone congregates, whether this is to relax or eat.
The dining area and lounge are full of natural light and offer two plump sofas by the patio doors, along with a decent size television to enjoy.
There is also a dining table for guests to sit down and enjoy meals together.
Next door you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with space to store refreshments, grab yourself a snack or drink, or even try your hand at Portuguese recipes.
There is access to two porches from the living area.
The porch at the front of the villa provides guests with a pleasant area where they can relax with an outdoor sofa, whilst enjoying views of the port of Albufeira and the sea beyond.
The porch at the back of the house is where you are surrounded by privacy-providing walls, with access to get right into the large outdoor pool, or relax on the sun-loungers that deck the pool.
The barbeue and sink area outside allow you to make a spread of grilled foods and serve it on the alfresco dining table.
On the ground floor you will find one bedroom offering two single beds and an en-suite bathrom, which is great for those who do not want to travel up and down the stairs.
The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor, with three of the bedrooms offering double beds, en-suite facilities and outdoor terraces, where you can gaze across at the vast sea.
The final two bedrooms offer guests two more single beds in one room and three single beds in the final room, with shared use of a bathroom.
On the third floor, you can enjoy more beautiful views of the sea courtesy of another terrace.

Mandatory Breakage
1000 EUR PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
