The villa is situated just 2.5km from the beautiful Praia da Comporta beach, within a sought-after location on Portugal’s Alentejo Coast.
This villa has four bedrooms and a private pool and is located in the ideal spot for exploring the wonders of the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve or the natural park of Arrabida.
The villa sits in pretty gardens with a lovely pool terrace and it can accommodate up to 10 guests.
A dining area is located next to the pool, alongside a selection of sun loungers.

On the lower floor of the villa there is an open-plan living space which provides guests with a comfortable seating area and dining space looking out onto the terrace.
A wood-burning stove is provided if you wish to use it, as well as a well-equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is a decent sized room with the luxury of a breakfast bar and high-quality appliances.
There is a double bedroom with an en suite on the lower floor, while the remaining bedrooms can be found upstairs.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, including one with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a bunk bed which is great for sleeping up to three children.
On the upper level, a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace with seating area can be found.
This villa really does provide guests with the ideal location in which to enjoy the many local amenities, with restaurants and a supermarket just 1km away.
Best of all, is the incredible natural beauty of the Tróia Peninsula, with a 17km run of white-sand beaches one of its highlights.
You may also come across its casino or marina, or the great Tróia golf course with its outlook on the Atlantic.
Peaceful Comporta takes chilling out to a whole new level, and is less than 30 minutes’ drive from the larger town of Grândola, where there are more choices for dining and going out.

1000 EUR PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
