This is a simple but lovely home in the great town of Blanes. Located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, the villa is a haven of tranquillity. The sea views, spacious terrace and private pool allow you to really appreciate the space, providing the ideal base to explore the region.

The villa has been designed with large groups in mind, the spacious gathering areas and incredible outdoor facilities make it a fun place to spend time with your loved ones. The modern interior is basic but has everything you need to enjoy your stay and large windows at the front of the villa allow you to make the most of the great views. The villa opens directly into a long living and dining space. Open plan, this spacious room can be easily filled with flowing conversation between all the guests. At one end, the living room provides a comfortable space to enjoy television or a good book, with a dining table found at the other end, an additional seating area separates these spaces. Walking through the villa to the modern kitchen, it is fully equipped and offers an additional small dining space. The kitchen is plenty big enough to cater for the group, with a huge fridge perfect for keeping a few bottles of wine cool! The ground floor is also home to the first of the bedrooms, a twin bedroom with two single beds.

The remaining four bedrooms are found on the first floor. Two double bedrooms and a single bedroom provide access to the balcony terrace and enjoy the views of the sea. The remaining double bedroom boasts a huge window, bring lots of light into the room. The bedrooms are all simple in their design, with basic furnishings, but are comfortable spaces where you can ensure a great night’s sleep.

It has some fantastic outdoor spaces, and the balcony terrace is a dreamy spot to enjoy a morning coffee from, watching the town below start to come to life. The front of the property is made up of two spaces, the private pool and outdoor lounge area. With lots of outdoor seating, the lounge area is great for relaxing through the day, before jumping in the pool for a relaxing dip.

Mandatory Breakage
1000GBP PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
