About This Villa

Villa Retja II offers a sleek, contemporary escape for up to twelve guests across six spacious bedrooms. Set in a prime beachfront location in Slatine on Čiovo Island, just ten kilometres from Split airport via the historic town of Trogir, the villa enjoys panoramic views over the Adriatic and the Marjan Peninsula.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the property is ideal for extended families or groups of friends. Across three floors, guests will find three open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, with access to the outdoors. Outdoor living is equally impressive, with a private swimming pool and multiple terraces.

Each of the six bedrooms features a king-size bed, generous storage. There are three bathrooms with showers, sinks and WC's and a further three WC's, all split evenly on each floor. The ground-floor suite offers direct access to the pool terrace, while upper-level balconies frame spectacular sea views. Guests also benefit from 24-hour access to the resort gym and optional boat mooring.
