Villa Micromeria is located in the south of Rhodes in the wonderful resort of Gennadi. You can literally walk to the end of the garden and stroll on golden sands, watching beautiful sun rises and mesmerising sunsets. Gennadi holidays are relaxed, laid-back and all about living like a local. This ancient fishing village is very charming with narrow streets and traditional tavernas. Gennadi’s beach spreads for miles either side of the village. It offers a wonderful array of watersports and some fantastic beach bars. Gennadi is just thirty minutes from the whitewashed town of Lindos which is overlooked by its famous hilltop Acropolis. The ruins tell the story of the island’s past with remains from the Roman era, an ancient Greek temple and a castle built by the medieval knights of St John. Lindos is very pretty and full of unique jewellery and handicraft shops, boutiques and vibrant bars. The UNESCO Old Town of Rhodes is an hour away at the other end of the island but should not be missed.

Guests staying at Villa Micromeria enjoy access to the ground and first floors. There is also an externally accessed lower ground floor that is used by the discreet housekeeper and her husband. The upper floor can also be reached via an exterior staircase from the terrace. Villa Micromeria has been beautifully designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind. There is a sun drenched alfresco lounge space, another hot tub and glorious sea views. You can always find a shaded or sunny space in this villa and if you are looking for tranquility, you can head to the roof top or another of the quiet spaces.

The ground floor living space is open plan in design and, like the whole villa, minimalist in styling. Two sumptuous sofas sit beside the feature fireplace with use of a smart television and speakers so that you can listen to your favourite music. A smart dining table and chairs enjoys a lovely garden view and the chef’s dream of a kitchen enjoys the very best appliances and a sociable island with stools. Two gorgeous double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both with super quality kingsize beds adorned with crisp cottons and delightful soft furnishings. They share a very smart, immaculate black and white shower room.

The first floor is home to another, equality attractive living space, three bedrooms and another family shower room. The living space is designed in a similar fashion with glossy kitchen units, an island and stools, comfy sofas and a dining table. It opens to a wonderful, furnished balcony where you can enjoy the views and sunsets. All three bedrooms on the first floor offer sumptuous kingsize beds and either garden or pool and sea views. Every space is simply, yet brilliantly kitted out. There are televisions in the bedrooms and gorgeous, marbled floors throughout. The family bathroom is contemporary and very striking.
