Covering 280 square meters, the villa features five bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests and a large outdoor pool. The design includes an open-plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances, ample work surfaces, and a breakfast bar, which leads into a dining area and a lounge centered around an eco-friendly fireplace.

A ground-floor bedroom is accessible for wheelchair users, while the four upstairs bedrooms are well-lit with natural light from large windows that offer views of the surrounding olive trees and the Bay of Kissamos.
