Set in one hectare of tropical gardens near Guia and just three kilometres from some of the Algarve’s most spectacular sandy beaches, this spectacular villa offers luxurious accommodation and brilliant entertainment spaces for up to fourteen guests. The villa is just minutes from boutique shopping at the Algarve Shopping Centre, minutes from Zoomarine and a thrilling waterpark and only a little further from the lively, upmarket resorts of Vilamoura and Albufeira.

Fuentes Pera enjoys a countryside setting close to the small town of Guia. Guia is famous throughout Portugal as the home of piri-piri chicken, made even more famous by the Nando’s food chain. The cobbled warren of narrow streets in the Old Town of Albufeira is lined with more than one hundred charming restaurants, whitewashed houses and excellent, unique shops. Its marina is a top-notch tourist destination in its own right, brimming with luxury yachts, colourful fishing boats and excellent, chic restaurants. The nearest beach to Fuentes Pera is Praia da Oura but there are plenty to visit including Praia do Peneco, Praia da Coelha, Praia de Sao Rafael, Praia da Falesia, Praia dos Arrifes, Praia do Castelo and Praia de Santa.

With the treats in store for you at Fuentes Pera you may however not leave the villa very much! The villa’s outside space is the highlight of the property, despite its magnificent interiors. This is a property where you really should consider hiring a private chef for one or two of your evenings. The interior and summer kitchens are remarkable. Fuentes Pera boasts a superb terrace, a giant swimming pool full of amazing features and a gorgeous, totally secluded garden. You can relax, wine, dine, barbecue and enjoy this very special, idyllic place. In the pool, you can enjoy the luxury of your own jet stream, fountains, a jacuzzi, an in-built bar, an underwater music system and LED underwater lights in a variety of colours. You will not be able to get your children to leave the pool! There is even a shallow area for the really little ones. Next to the pool is a large, shaded alfresco lounge area which sits around a fireplace, an enormous alfresco dining area and the most incredible summer kitchen. This boasts a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, pizza oven and barbecue. Even the most discerning of barbecue masters will be delighted by this impressive kitchen. Table football is provided for some friendly competitive fun. There are plenty terrace spots to choose from, some shaded and others sun drenched, some offering gorgeous river views and some perfect for a quick dip in the pool.

The interior of Fuentes Pera is seriously impressive too with an all-white, striking open plan living space, another astounding kitchen and six bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms are located in the main house with the final one located in an adjacent annexe. Sumptuous sofas sit each side of a feature fireplace in the living room and on the other side, with wonderful pool and garden views, is the elegant dining space, again all in white. The villa’s glossy grey and white wondrous kitchen offers giant appliances and a magnificent central island with bar stools so that guests can pour a glass of chilled wine and keep the chefs in your group company. You will discover an induction hob, the largest American style fridge possible, an ice crusher, dishwasher, juicer, grill plate, coffee machine, steam oven, wine cooler and much more. There are also other smaller living spaces with televisions and quiet corners, perfect for large groups.

The villa’s six huge bedrooms are comprised of two doubles with ensuite bathrooms, one twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two twins with a shared bathroom and an annexe with a large double bed plus two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. This room is perfect for a family unit. Like the main living space, some of the bedrooms are all in dazzling white with some striking artworks and garden views. On the whole they are minimalist in design with some artistic touches. The annexe is much more colourful. Each of the bedrooms enjoys access to the garden or a terrace.

Fuentes Pera offers guests so many treats from the very special pool, a Turkish steam room, a Sonos sound system, smart televisions, iPod docking, a pizza oven, table football and the most exceptional outdoor space. You might not want to leave but there are plenty of Algarve attractions, stunning beaches and Michelin starred restaurants on the doorstep!
