Finca d'Aldana
About This Villa
Finca d’Aldana is a large countryside estate of more than 40 acres, set in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Serra de Tramuntana, surrounded by mountains and stunning views across the Bunyola valley towards the Bay of Palma. Designed for larger group stays, the villa combines traditional Mallorcan character with generous indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a peaceful setting that feels secluded and deeply connected to the surrounding landscape.
The outdoor spaces are designed to make the most of the breathtaking views, with a swimming pool terrace and covered al fresco dining area positioned to overlook the mountains and valley beyond. The 'clastre', a typical Mallorcan style courtyard, enclosed on three sides and open towards the landscape, creates another inviting space to relax together. Inside, the villa balances traditional Mallorcan atmosphere with modern comforts, offering spacious accommodation for up to 16 guests across eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Set in a peaceful rural location near Bunyola, Finca d’Aldana enjoys a privileged position within the Tramuntana mountains while remaining within easy reach of Palma. Guests can explore nearby villages, mountain scenery and coastal areas along Mallorca’s north-west coast, including Port de Sóller, Cala Deià, Banyalbufar and Valldemossa. The location allows guests to enjoy privacy and tranquillity while still being well connected to some of the island’s most scenic towns, coves and coastline.
