About This Villa

This villa is in a stunning location, with perfect views of the sea and beach that it rests on that are both breathtaking and a daily reminder of where you can be relaxing making it a special place to spend your holidays as you enter through the gates of the property into a private courtyard where there is plenty of parking space for you if you decide to hire a car for the duration of your holiday. There is also an open terrace with a ping pong table for your use!

Once you enter the villa through the main entrance you come to an open plan area, with the living room being a modern space where relaxing is the focus – you’ll find large sofas, a flat screen television and DVD player for you and your holiday party to gather in comfort, but most importantly together whether you’re winding down from your day; preparing for the day ahead; or just taking a break, you can do it together in this space.

The dining area is combined with the kitchen, where there is a stylish table and chair set, and the kitchen is equipped with all the modern necessities including some home comforts such as the coffee machine so that you can enjoy your morning coffee out in the Mediterranean sun overlooking the beach.

Ground Floor for 7 pax - In total there are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all ensuite, which are offered when there are up to 7 pax in the booking. Each room has varied amount of single beds making this holiday villa the perfect option for a group of friends who are looking for a great getaway together, as well as families who don’t mind the single beds. The first bedroom has 2 x single beds, the second bedroom has 3 x single beds and the third bedroom has 2 x single beds.

First Floor - 2 x twin bedrooms with shared shower room and open plan living/kitchen.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning as does the rest of the house, so if you aren’t accustomed to the heat, you’ll be able to combat that a bit with the help of the AC.

You’ll find that each of the bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms so there will be plenty of space for everyone and your items, as well as enough bathrooms to go around! 

To the rear of the house, there is a swimming pool, with sun loungers around it, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing in the sun!

If you fancy dining outdoors under the sun, you’re in luck as there is a large covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture, also, there is the large barbeque area, so you have all the elements for an amazing night here in Mallorca.
