About This Villa

Enjoying stunning sea views from its hllltop location, 5-bedroom Villa Mirabela lies just 7km from Omis on Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast. Verdant hills wrap around this beautiful villa which comes with spacious outdoor areas and a heated pool and hot tub.

The setting for Villa Mirabela is nothing short of spectacular. Its impressive terraces make the most of the views, with sun loungers and egg chairs found around the 34 sq m infinity pool with hydromassage facility. There’s a covered dining area and adjacent barbecue beside the pool too, with a gorgeous outlook on the Adriatic.

It doesn’t stop there, with a fantastic hot tub positioned on the opposite side of the terrace. That’s as well as a Finnish sauna cabin and a play area with trampoline and table tennis. The quiet location offers privacy and seclusion so you can truly relax at Villa Mirabela.

Inside, the open-plan living area enjoys lots of natural light. You have ample dining and seating space and a flatscreen TV, while the media room with PS4 makes a great place for teens to do their own thing. A very stylish kitchen comes with a wine cooler, coffee machine, bar-style seating and everything else you could need.

One of the five bedrooms is found on the same floor, while the remaining four are upstairs. Each is equipped with an en suite bathroom, TV and air conditioning, as well as access to terrace areas with seating in most cases.

Situated in the village of Tugare, the villa is just a short drive from the beaches of Omis and Duce, around 7km away. You also have restaurants and shops within 1km. Omis offers plenty of unforgettable adventures, with zip-lines across the River Cetina and a variety of water sports to try.

The city of Split lies around 20km west of Tugare, making it easy to discover Diocletian’s Palace and the glamorous Riva waterfront. You could also explore the beautiful islands which lie just off the Dalmatian Coast, including Brac, Hvar and Solta.
