About This Villa
Set in the scenic coastal town of Podstrana, Villa Solemar is a contemporary seven-bedroom retreat arranged over four levels. Designed for families or groups of up to 14, it offers generous interiors, sea-facing terraces, and far-reaching views of the Adriatic and surrounding mountains.
The lower ground floor is a dedicated entertainment zone, featuring a media room with PS4, pool table, table tennis, treadmill, and Finnish sauna. It also includes a casual kitchen-bar area, laundry, and two showers with a separate toilet – ideal for post-swim relaxation or indoor play.
