A detached, three-storey property located on the southwest coast of Cyprus, within the Aphrodite Hills Resort near Paphos. The villa offers views of the surrounding ravine and the Mediterranean Sea and is positioned close to the Village Square, providing convenient access to a range of resort amenities. These include restaurants, bars, shops, a spa, a golf course, a tennis academy, and a children’s play area and club.

The villa features five bedrooms and accommodates up to ten guests, making it suitable for families or groups. The property is surrounded by landscaped gardens with regional vegetation, offering a sense of privacy. Amenities include secure parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private infinity pool. The exterior is built from pale stone and features large windows that offer sea views and open onto terraces and balconies. Inside, the interiors follow a modern style with a neutral colour scheme.

The ground floor includes an open-plan living and dining area with sea and ravine views, furnished with sofas, a television, and a dining table. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with contemporary appliances and a central island. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor. A short staircase leads to a mezzanine level housing two double ensuite bedrooms, one with a private sea-view balcony and access to the pool area.

Midway to the first floor is a small lounge and office space, with a shower room and a walk-in wardrobe. The master bedroom spans the first floor and includes a king-size bed, a seating area, and a private patio with sea views. The lower ground floor contains a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with access to the pool terrace and gardens. A shared bathroom and laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer are also available.

The outdoor space includes a tiered terrace with a path leading towards the ravine. A central infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating areas. A garden gazebo provides additional cover, and a barbecue area with an alfresco dining set is available for outdoor meals.
