About This Villa

Experience the privacy of a self-contained villa along with access to the facilities of a luxury resort at this villa, located on the southwest coast of Cyprus. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the villa part of the Mythos collection, situated on the seafront of Alexander Heights within the five-star Aphrodite Hills Resort, near the historic town of Paphos.

The villa has five ensuite double bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests. Set over three levels, the stone-built, detached property features a private terrace with an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, and outdoor seating and dining areas. There is private parking on-site, and the villa includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Floor-to-ceiling French doors open onto terraces and balconies, allowing for natural light and sea breezes. Interiors are furnished in a modern style, with neutral tones and high-quality finishes.

The entrance level includes a marble hall, a living area with a corner sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a television, and a fireplace, as well as a dining area with a table for ten. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine. One of the five bedrooms is located on this floor, with direct access to the terrace and pool. A guest WC is also available on this level.

Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double vanity, and WC, along with access to a sea-view terrace. Two additional twin bedrooms (convertible into doubles) also have ensuite facilities, with views of either the sea or the surrounding hillside. On the lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, as well as a utility room.

Outside, the terrace includes a step-entry infinity pool, a separate Jacuzzi, sun loungers, and shaded areas. There is also a small children’s play zone with swings.
