About This Villa

The newly-built Villa Pluton is a five-bedroom villa located in a prime location just a few minutes walk from the popular resort area of Protaras and Pernera. You can find the nearest beach just a 5-minute walk away, together with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops.

On the ground floor is the main entertaining space which comprises of a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas and a TV while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you could possibly need to create delicious meals! Bi-fold patio doors let in plenty of sunshine and enable guests to make the most of the impressive outdoor space. Also on this level is a handy family shower room. Downstairs, on the lower ground floor, are the first of the bedrooms, two double rooms as well as a family shower room. Upstairs, on the first floor, are the remaining three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin room. The master double bedroom suite has an en-suite shower room, while guests staying in the other two rooms can make use of the fantastic family bathrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets.
