As you explore, listen out for braying donkeys and goats, weave through the labyrinth and climb the raised platform for glorious views of the gardens and distant Alpilles. Pick fresh vegetables from the potager, collect eggs from the henhouse and make sure you try the estate’s honey, jam and olive oil.
