Conveniently situated just under an hour from Nice airport, the journey meanders through the enchanting, meandering villages of Provence, with the delightful village of Seillans, crowned as the most beautiful in France, merely a 20-minute drive away.

The heart of the villa is the open-plan living area, showcasing a generously spacious setting for family gatherings or large group relaxation. The room boasts an impressive original fireplace and rustic wooden beams, complemented by a mezzanine and a cosy, snug area. Adjacent to this inviting space is the recently refurbished kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for preparing substantial meals and hosting dinners for up to 10 guests. French doors open to the garden and pool area, where outdoor dining under the shade accommodates 8 guests.

The villa's five bedrooms encircle the garden, each featuring French doors opening onto the main terrace. The garden features an outdoor kitchem, and the pool area is adorned with sun loungers, parasols, and seating, creating an ideal spot for basking in the sun or enjoying shaded relaxation by the pool. It's worth noting that the pool is closed from September 1st to May 1st each year.
