Perched on Zakynthos’ serene east coast, Villa Akrotiri offers a striking four-storey retreat with uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea and surrounding mountains. Spanning 780 square metres, this elegant escape accommodates up to ten guests across five en suite bedrooms, with six bathrooms in total.

A grand wooden entrance opens to sleek monochrome interiors, where marble floors and wraparound sea views set a sophisticated tone. The main living space features bespoke sofas, a stylish bar, a smart TV, and a statement grand piano. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a central island and a dining area for ten, leading to a panoramic terrace with alfresco dining.

Upstairs, a second lounge invites relaxation with a custom semi-circular sofa, fireplace, games tables, and a covered balcony with views across to the Peloponnese and Kefalonia. Three bedrooms are located on this floor, including a master suite with a Jacuzzi bath. Two further double bedrooms are either en suite or adjacent to a family bathroom. The top floor offers two more double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a sun terrace ideal for quiet moments and striking vistas.
