Oikos Aether Villas is a pair of newly built residences in Paros, offering privacy, generous space and sweeping Aegean views just one hundred metres from Santa Maria Beach. Positioned for both seclusion and easy coastal access, the villas provide an exceptional base for exploring the island while remaining moments from the sea.

Each villa spans 350 sq.m. and accommodates up to ten guests across five well-appointed bedrooms.
