This estate features five spacious ensuite bedrooms and accommodates up to twelve guests, making it suitable for family holidays or gatherings with friends. The property is divided into two wings—north and south—with separate entrances and amenities, ideal for two families sharing.

Built into the hillside, this one-storey villa is surrounded by extensive grounds with ancient olive trees and indigenous shrubs. It includes east and west-facing terraces for both shade and sun, as well as a private swimming pool. The estate provides ample parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and surveillance Wi-Fi for added security. A concierge team is available to arrange services such as private yoga lessons or yacht charters. The villa features classic Mediterranean architecture with white-washed walls and locally sourced stone and offers floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with views of the countryside and turquoise seas. The interior design incorporates natural wood, wicker, and a colour palette of white, beige, and grey.

Entering through the south wing, you’ll find an open-plan living area with a light and airy atmosphere. The seating area includes a dove grey sofa and dark grey armchairs facing a flat-screen television with Netflix and Bluetooth surround sound. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, family-size fridge freezer, and coffee maker. A wooden dining set is available for meals. This wing contains three bedrooms, each with separate entrances, ensuite bathrooms, desks, and furnished verandas. The master and second bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom features a double bed and twin beds. The north wing has a similar layout with an open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. It includes two ensuite bedrooms with veranda access, one with a double bed and one with twin beds that can be converted into a double. Each wing has its own utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

The sea view terraces are designed for outdoor living, with one facing east for shade and seating, and one facing west for sunsets and sunbathing. The infinity pool offers a place for exercise or relaxation, surrounded by handcrafted wooden sun loungers. There is an outdoor Calisthenics gym, a weight-lifting area, and an alfresco shower. Pergola-covered seating areas provide shade, and the west-facing terraces are ideal for evening cocktails. Outdoor dining is available for enjoying meals while taking in the surroundings.
