On your holiday in Piedmont’s countryside, you can unwind and de-stress in the leafy surroundings and yet you can easily reach a wide range of villages and towns for days of shopping or dining out.
This eight-bedroom home has plenty of room for a big party, and with open-plan living areas and spacious bedrooms, everyone can enjoy a little privacy when they wish to. The house is set over three floors of a beautiful building comprising the traditional home and a sleek glass and steel extension. The villa was extensively renovated to the highest standard in 2020 and is now the perfect blend of old and new, with contemporary furnishings combined with antiques and a neutral colour palette.
On the ground floor, you will enter a vast dining area with an adjacent kitchen. This room has access to the garden and a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to prepare drinks, meals and snacks. On this floor, you will find three of the home’s bedrooms; two bedrooms can be set up as double or twin rooms and a room with bunk beds. All these bedrooms boast an en-suite bathroom, while one is set up to be disability-friendly.
On the first floor are two more flexible bedrooms with balconies and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a large living space with comfy sofas and a TV, and there is even a grand piano available. Adjacent to the main living room is a smaller sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden.
The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor; there is one bedroom here with an en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with access to a private bathroom.
Enveloping the house, there is a wonderful, oasis-like garden with lawns, florals and trees dotted around the 4000m2 of grounds. The kids will be thrilled to find a children’s play area, table football and a ping pong table in the garden, and an inviting private pool.
