The interiors blend traditional character with modern comforts. A large living room with an L-shaped sofa opens to the garden, providing a welcoming place to gather. Next door, the dining room is ideal for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen features everything needed for preparing local delicacies, including coffee machines for your morning brew.

Accommodation is spread across six elegant bedrooms. On the ground floor, four en-suite rooms provide comfort and privacy. Upstairs, a second-floor en-suite double room complements the master suite on the first floor, complete with a king canopy bed, fireplace, and a Turkish bath in the en-suite.

Outdoors, Il Feudo impresses with over 5,000m² of landscaped gardens filled with lawns, flowers, and mature trees. Covered seating areas and dining tables invite al fresco meals, with a barbecue on hand for long evenings under the stars. Guests can enjoy the expansive salt-water pool for ultimate relaxation.

Despite its tranquil setting, the villa is conveniently located. Within 10km are both sandy and pebbly beaches, while the nearest village, Nunziata, just 3km away, offers shops and eateries. For a wider range of restaurants and attractions, Riposto and Giarre are under 9km.

For day trips, the Baroque city of Catania lies 35km away, while the hill town of Taormina, just 30km, offers ancient sites and dramatic coastal views.
