Sanacciola is a stunning, modern home nestled in the Carovigno countryside. Enveloped by almond and olive trees and yet just 6km from the nearest town and 6.5km from the beach, this is a fantastic base for your Puglian escape.
This elegant home can sleep up to 10 guests; 6 in the main villa and a large upstairs in a separate apartment, and a further 2 guests in an additional new annexe, making it ideal for a special trip with family or a group of friends. The inviting, sophisticated bedrooms are great for when you wish to unwind after a busy day, all bedrooms are en-suite and a number of them have terrace or veranda access. If some of your party wish for a little more privacy then the apartment with its own living space and kitchen would be perfect.
Downstairs in the main villa you will find a spacious open-plan room which is the heart of the home and a brilliant space for coming together in the evenings. Enjoy chatting on the sumptuous sofas or tuck into an Italian feast at the dining table. The home also has all of the modern conveniences you could need to make your stay even more comfortable, including Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, air-conditioning, satellite TVs and a fully-fitted kitchen.
The villa has some wonderful outdoor spaces where you can make the most of the temperate climate and rural views. In addition to the large, landscaped garden you will find 2 furnished terraces on the first floor. You will adore spending time in the gorgeous garden; taking a dip in the private pool, reading on the outdoor canopy beds or cooking on the barbecue.
When you need to pop to the shops, the nearest small town Carovigno is just 6km away by car. Carovigno is a lovely place to have nearby as there are is lots to see here as well as a wide selection of shops and restaurants. An ancient town which was conquered and settled by successive groups after the fall of the Roman Empire, Carovigno is packed with history! Make sure to visit the 15th century castle the Castello della Dentice which has been well-preserved, the medieval town gates and the ornate Church of Saint Anna which was owned by feudal lords.
When you wish to visit the beach, there are plenty dotted along the breath-taking Adriatic coast and the nearest Specchiolla is just 6.5km away. This beach has dazzling blue water and fine sand and is located close to the Torre Guaceto nature reserve where you can enjoy walks through the dunes while looking out for local protected animals and plants.
Additionally, nearby you can visit Ostuni which is 13km away, Brindisi which is 30km away and the enchanting Grotte di Montevicoli which is 25km away.
