The owners have equipped guests with all the modern facilities needed for a relaxing break; the living spaces and bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfort, and you can use the TVs, Wi-Fi and laundry equipment during your stay.
All of the bedrooms and living spaces at the villa open out onto the vast paved garden, which is packed with seating and dining spaces. There is a private pool where you can cool down on a hot afternoon and even a barbecue and wood-burning oven for cooking al-fresco and dining on the covered terrace.
Although located within farmland, the nearest shops and restaurants are a mere 3km away from the home of Carpignano Salentino. For a wider range of eateries, boutique shops and seafront bars, you could also visit the historic port town of Otranto, which is 17km away or even the bustling city of Lecce which is a 32km drive away and well worth a visit.
When you wish to lounge on a sun-drenched beach, there are plenty of options within easy reach; the nearest beach is the pretty Torre Sant'Andrea which is just 11km away, or you could try Spiaggia Alimini, which is one of the finest beaches in the area with calm water and soft sand. Spiaggia Alimini also backs onto the protected Alimini Lakes, where you can walk around the lakes and through the dunes and Mediterranean scrub while looking out for the delightful migrating birds.
