About This Villa

Villa La Sirena is an enchanting 17th-century retreat nestled in the picturesque village of Baveno, overlooking the sparkling waters of Lake Maggiore. Steeped in history and timeless elegance, this exquisite villa was built over a former convent and has retained its classic charm, seamlessly blending antique features and high ceilings with modern comforts. The main villa offers six elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The cosy living room, with its inviting atmosphere, opens onto a sun-drenched terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast amid the soft morning light. The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing intimate meals, while dining can be enjoyed al fresco on the terrace or in the charming inner courtyard, wrapped in the embrace of climbing plants and fragrant flowers.

The independent guesthouse can be optionally rented and is composed of two more basic apartments - one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor - with each a living area with a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

The villa’s crowning glory is its magnificent, terraced garden, a botanical wonderland divided into four romantic styles—Italian, English, French, and Japanese. Stroll hand in hand through winding paths framed by blooming peonies, camellias, and ancient Japanese maples, or pause under the shade of the grand camphor tree to take in the tranquillity.
