Fonte Igea
About This Villa
Fonte Igea is a restored stone home which is located in the green hills of Tuscany. Here you can enjoy relaxing in the serene rural surroundings and yet not feel cut-off as the closest town is less than 5km away.
This home is a new holiday villa which has been completed recently, but the building itself is centuries old and inside you will see period features such as wooden beams and feature fireplace. The owners have taken care to preserve the historic feel of the house by using local tiles, neutral tones and quality furnishings throughout.
As you enter the villa on the ground floor you will walk in to a vast, open-plan room with comfortable sofas and a dining table where your party can gather for evening meals. Also, on this floor you will find a family bathroom and the modern, fully-fitted kitchen. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms to choose from when you wish to unwind, all of which are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms.
The villa is surrounded by a fantastic garden which enjoys panoramic views of the hills and woodland. The garden has lawned areas, an al-fresco dining table and an inviting private pool lined with sun loungers. It is truly the perfect oasis for a lazy afternoon in the sun!
