About This Villa

Casa Lusitana is a spacious private estate in Portugal’s western Algarve, designed to host large groups while still allowing for privacy and flexibility. With two independent villas, a separate studio, and additional private suites, the property accommodates up to 18 guests, making it particularly well suited to extended families, group holidays, or retreat-style stays.

The layout naturally supports both shared moments and quieter downtime. Living spaces are spread across the two villas, each offering open-plan areas for cooking, dining, and relaxing, while bedrooms are positioned across multiple buildings, many with ensuite bathrooms and direct outdoor access. Wood-burning fireplaces and simple, well-considered interiors create a comfortable and unfussy atmosphere throughout.

The outdoor areas play a central role in the experience. A natural swimming pool - purified using sand filtration, UV light, and aquatic plants - offers a distinctive alternative to traditional pools. There are several outdoor dining areas, barbecue spaces, and terraces designed for long, sociable meals, along with walking paths and a small private lake.

The coastline around Aljezur is within easy reach, giving guests access to some of the region’s best beaches while enjoying a more peaceful rural base.
