The interiors are exquisite, featuring a double-height atrium, a natural wood and glass floating staircase, and floor-to-ceiling picture postcard windows with sweeping panoramic views across the adjacent golf course and out over the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

Enter the villa at ground floor level, where you will be welcomed by the most stunning light, bright and airy, double-height, open-plan living space, with seamless outdoor access. The seating area has a wrap-around sofa and two matching armchairs, worked around a selection of coffee and side tables, whilst two chaise longue face a flat-screen satellite television. The space-age kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay or, better still, treat yourself to a private chef. The adjacent eight-seater dining set with upholstered tub chairs is perfect for some impressive entertaining. A study area with a desk chair, and hanging bookcase completes this level.

Take the stairs down to the lower floor, where there are two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite shower room. A media centre hosts a sofa and satellite TV, a pool table, and a fully equipped gym. Take the stairs to the upper floor, where the Master Suite has a king-size bed, a smart TV, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The other two equally well-appointed bedrooms have either king or queen-size beds and en-suite shower rooms.

Step outside onto the next-level outdoor living space terrace. Enjoy a swim in the super-long pool, relax on the surrounding deep-cushioned sun loungers, and then take a snooze in the chill-out zone. Meet for morning coffee and sundowner cocktails at the shaded soft seating set on the veranda. Feast alfresco at the eight-seater dining set, with dishes prepped at the bar and grilled on the barbie, as you raise a glass of the local vintage to the most luxurious holiday.
