This four-bedroom, four-bathroom house has been newly built to a design which marries style and sustainability. Located 800 metres from the coastal town of Tamairu, you'll feel like you're soaking up nature as soon as you walk through the door. The property's cutting-edge design flows through to the living and dining area, which boasts a modern avant-garde interior and is well-lit, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can completely open up the windows and be fully connected to the garden and pool area outside. The house was built on the principles that guests should fully enjoy nature, seen in its sustainable features like the solar energy system and rainwater collection and recycling. All this whilst still enjoying ultra-luxury! Outside is a large porch with swinging seats and a barbecue so you can dine alfresco whenever you wish or sit outside with a morning cup of coffee and watch the changing colours of the sky with the sunrise.

The ground floor also holds three bedrooms, each with its own fitted wardrobe and direct access to the garden. Making your way up to the first floor, you'll find the main bedroom with a king-size bed and its own dressing room. There's a large bathroom complete with a shower, and the first floor connects to a spectacular terrace with views of the Costa Brava. There's also an outdoor shower to really connect with nature.
