Designed for relaxed group living, the ground floor features an open-plan living area with multiple seating zones and a dedicated bar. The lower ground floor adds a second lounge complete with pool and table tennis tables, as well as a private spa space with a sauna and Jacuzzi. A well-equipped kitchen and two dining rooms provide ample space for shared meals, with the option to dine al fresco on the expansive terrace.

The five bedrooms are arranged across the upper levels, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master suite includes an in-room Jacuzzi bath, while a triple room and a flexible twin are ideal for families.
