Contemporary five-bedroomed Villa Bartu is a luxury haven a few minutes walk from Kalkan's cobbled streets. The characterful building is made from beautiful local stone and is surrounded by a mature garden with several olive trees and fragrant native plants, set against a backdrop of the majestic Taurus Mountains. The villa is arranged across three floors, and there’s a balcony extending the entire width of the property so you can wake up to those idyllic seafront vistas and tranquil blue hues.
There’s an open-plan living area with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table, alongside a separate TV room and cloakroom. Glass doors from the living area open up to the pool and dining terrace beyond, bringing in lots of natural light. Four comfortable bedrooms are in the central part of the property, and there’s fourth on the lower ground floor with a small kitchen and dining space.
