About This Villa

Silver Leaves is a six-bedroom villa set on a hillside above Kalamar Bay, offering wide-reaching sea views towards Snake and Mouse Islands. Despite its elevated position, the villa is within walking distance of beach clubs including Kalamar, Lures and Kulube, while the old town can be reached in around twenty five minutes on foot or a short taxi ride.

The villa is arranged across multiple levels, with a bright open-plan living space on the ground floor. Here, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six, and a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV opening directly onto the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. A king-size bedroom with en-suite and terrace access is also located on this level. Three further en-suite bedrooms occupy the first floor, each opening onto a wrap-around balcony with stunning sea views. The second floor hosts a private suite featuring a king-size bed, a freestanding bath, and access to a roof terrace. A separate self-contained twin or double suite sits on a lower level with its own entrance.*

Outdoors, the infinity pool and Jacuzzi are positioned to make the most of the views, surrounded by sun loungers, shaded day beds and generous dining areas. A covered terrace with barbecue kitchen, additional seating spaces, garden bar and table tennis complete the setting.
