About This Villa

Villa Ece has a gorgeous position, located in the quiet and elevated residential area of Kiziltas. Elegant and modern this five-bedroom property has glorious views across the bay, a large infinity pool and alfresco dining area, ideal for sea gazing over long family dinners. Larger parties can combine with the identical sister villa, Villa Emin, next door. The wonderfully picturesque town of Kalkan is less than a ten minute drive away. Kalkan offers everything you could possibly want from a Mediterranean resort town, a postcard harbour setting, exquisite cuisine, weekly markets, artisan boutiques and laid back beach clubs. Not far away, are some of the wider region’s best bits, Saklikent Gorge, the ancient city of Xanthos and Patara Beach.

Guests will enjoy the large private swimming pool and dramatic views across the bay and towards Mouse and Snake Islands. The pristine pool deck is furnished with days beds for ten guests and fluttering parasols. There is also an en plein air lounge with plump and inviting rattan furniture, slump into a cosy corner and switch off in the serene summer sun. A shaded pergola stretches the length of the side of the villa, under which is the generous alfresco dining terrace and bbq area. Gather with friends and family for peaceful lounging, leisurely poolside lunches or lengthy summer suppers as the sun slinks below the horizon.

Inside, the ground floor is home to the roomy open plan living space. Villa Ece enjoys bright-white interiors punctuated by grey and yellow homey furnishings. While you may not have come on holiday to cook, the kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need to cater a culinary masterpiece. The sitting and dining room overlooks the indigo sea and pool terrace providing a wonderful inside space to gather, if respite from the sun is required. A games room with ping pong, billiards and sports equipment will provide hours of entertainment for the active within the group.

Upstairs the soothing neutral palette continues. The five en-suite bedrooms are all stylish and generously proportioned, three are doubles and two have single twin beds. More sea views can be soaked up from at least three of the bedrooms and one even has a large furnished sundeck with day beds for some private intimate downtime.
