About This Villa

Villa Emin is one of two sister villas, stood side by side, in Kiziltas and less than a ten minute drive from the centre of Kalkan. Villa Emin has five-bedrooms and the same modern architectural style as Villa Ece. These properties can be booked individually, or taken together for a large group of friends or a special multi-generational family holiday. Shoulder to shoulder, they enjoy glorious eagle eye views over Kalkan as well as Mouse and Snake Islands. The large sea gazing infinity pool is worthy of the spotlight and the roomy pool deck provides plenty of space for lounging. With Kalkan just down the road, the villa enjoys a quiet residential position while being able to dip in and out of the action as and when you like. Kalkan is an archetypal harbour town with the most charming ambience and idyllic seafront setting, steeped in a rich culture and colourful history with all the holiday comforts you could want for.

The ground floor is home to a generously proportioned open plan living space. Bright, whitewashed interiors are interrupted by bold soft furnishing and leafy green plants. Two indulgent mauve sofas provide plenty of space to unwind with a good book and a comfortable dining area enjoys glorious views out to sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need to rustle up a culinary masterpiece. Stylish and contemporary the living space is practically large enough to accommodate ten guests, there is also a games room with billiards, table tennis and some gym equipment so it’s possible to hold some in-house tournaments.

Floor to ceiling bifold glass doors open effortlessly onto the alfresco lounge and pool terrace, providing a real sense of inside-outside living. Villa Emin completely embraces the Mediterranean holiday mode and laid back outside lifestyle. The lengthy en plein air dining area is made for gathering and enjoying sumptuous feasts by the barbecue.

Each of the five en-suite bedrooms are immaculately finished, three are double and two have single twin beds. The neutral theme continues throughout the bedrooms and three boast sun-drenched sea vistas and have outside room to roam. There is even a shared mansion balcony with sumptuous rattan furniture and a romantic penthouse terrace furnished with sun beds and possibly the best views in the house.
