Cleaning
Let us take the strain with our cleaning services; daily, weekly or monthly it�s your choice.

We can offer you a full-clean package, a one-off cleaning service such as spring cleaning and end of year clean ups or anything in between the two.

We believe a clean property is key to successful return rentals.

Management
The holiday home owner can have peace of mind knowing we will maintain and service their property, this is easily established by informing us of the dates of guests arriving and departing, the rest is up to us.

Your property may be empty at times; we can offer regular security inspections which will also keep the property secure and aired.

Key holding; if you ever need to give access to your property while you're not around we can offer this service along with written consent from you the owner.

We can check your postbox and forward mail on to you.

Take regular meter readings, if you require for payment of bills.

Maintenence
While we are servicing you property we will carry out general maintenance checks, to make sure every thing is in order, e.g. spent light bulbs etc will changed automatically.

Larger jobs that may occur will be brought to your attention by e-mail, fax, or phone and in some cases by digital photography where necessary, especially if you are unable to visit your own property. We can advise on any repairs and organise the work or oversee which ever the case may be.
