The villa was constructed by an American banker and philanthropist who worked in Paris and wanted to have a family home on the Côte d'Azur.
Over the years, it has been home to many illustrious people, including an impressionist painter and the jeweller Jacques Cartier, who married the owner's daughter.
You will be walking in the footsteps of previous residents Renoir, Degas, Ravel, and Picasso while you unwind in the drawing room or on the bougainvillea-draped patio.
Today, this Belle Époque home in Grasse's "Quartier Rothschild" is a lovely vacation home for up to 12 guests with stunning views of the Côte d'Azur hinterland and the Mediterranean.
A big swimming pool, pool house, and summer kitchen are all features of this historically significant and charming residence, which is nestled among beautiful Mediterranean grounds.
