Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this brand new, designer luxury villa, which sleeps up to 10 people and includes a heated infinity pool, free WiFi, a separate hot tub, gym and indoor and outdoor games area.
The villa has four main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. Two bedrooms have king-size double beds with under-lit multi-coloured LED lighting and two twin bedrooms with large single beds.
Each of the bedrooms has outstanding views over the sea, private balconies, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and two bedrooms also have private baths.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are equipped with handmade bedside cabinets and furniture. In addition, hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms.
There is a playroom/gym with a double sofa bed which can sleep further two people. It houses a flat-screen TV and Playstation with many games built-in, a running machine and a cross trainer exercise machine.
There is free WiFi available both throughout the house and all outside areas.
The main living area has a leather corner sofa and a dining table seating eight people. It has a 49-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a Sonos Bluetooth music system.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a central granite covered island with high stools, a built-in microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and wine cooler.
There is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Available for rental year-round, the villa has air conditioning units in every room and under-floor heating and heated towel rails in the bathrooms.
All windows in the villa are fitted with insect screens and electrically operated roller shutters. In addition, all glass windows have been treated with sun reflective material to reduce summer temperatures inside the villa.
Slippers and towels, including pool towels, are provided for all guests. Complete cleaning and linen and towel changes are provided once per week.
The villa is set in fully landscaped gardens and has a heated infinity swimming pool and a separate hot tub where you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy the fantastic sunsets over the valley. An outdoor shower is located next to the swimming pool entrance.
There is an outside covered dining area with panoramic views, which has a built-in charcoal BBQ, fridge and sink.
An outdoor games area has a table football and a table tennis table.
The villa has been designed with multiple terraces, balconies and sunbathing areas around the house and is set in lovely landscaped gardens with flowers.
A covered parking area is situated at the front of the villa.
