Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this stunning property for those wanting to holiday with another family or extended family. It can sleep ten to twelve people across the main villa and a separate cottage/annexe.

Both properties have been tastefully decorated to a high standard with fresh and gentle colours. It has a light and airy feel, with air conditioning and tiled floors to keep you cool on even the hottest days.

The main villa is a beautifully designed open plan, fully-fitted kitchen with a sleek and modern finish. In contrast to all the mod cons, an antique table provides a super breakfast spot or place to gather.

Leading on from the kitchen is the dining area. With room for everyone, it has sea views and large doors that take you straight out to the terrace – it’s just the spot for a lazy lunch, overlooking the pool and sea beyond.

The ground floor is mainly open, so the dining room flows through to the sitting room. Here are comfortable sofas, a television, DVD player, sound system and incredible sea views. There are also double doors to the terrace outside.

The central sleeping accommodation is up on the first floor – with the master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and private balcony, and two bedrooms. There’s another bathroom here, with a shower, again designed to a high standard with a sleek finish.

The basement is a spacious home cinema room with roomy sofas, television, DVD, sound system and projector. There are twin beds here, and also another bathroom.

The cottage, completely separate from the main villa, shares the villa’s outside terraces. It’s a great little spot if you want to holiday with another family or relatives who might wish to privacy away from the main house.

There are two double bedrooms, a super sitting room with stunning sea views, and a bathroom. It’s small but perfectly formed, with each room having plenty of space.

The swimming pool’s curved shape echoes the coastline below it – bob about in the pool, looking out across the sea; just the spot to feel like you’re away from home.

There’s a barbecue here, and a terrace with a table and chairs, with enough room to seat everyone. So you can do your own thing during the day and meet up in the evening for a relaxing supper with stunning sea views.

Mandatory Breakage
1000 GBP PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
