Porto Heli is a much admired, cosmopolitan town on the northeastern Peloponnese coast. The international jet-setter adores it. Yet, sprinkled amongst the lush hillsides and olive groves are designer villas with exquisite gardens and estates, many owned by rich ship magnets, politicians, artists and scientists, definitely those that learned the charms of this magnificent area early.
The property is situated on a beautiful plot in Agios Emilianos, a 15-minute drive from the town. You can take a 3-hour ferry from Athens to the port at Porto Heli or take the picturesque drive along the fabulous coastline and through the mountains. In addition, you can visit the delightful Hydra, Poros and Spetses Islands by boat or water taxi.
The villa is utterly charming, both inside and out. The garden is fabulous with mature, fragrant planting, lawns, alluring little quiet spots with charismatic seating arrangements and a play area for children with mini slides, swings and tables and chairs. The pool terrace is lovely with spectacular views out to sea and the islands.

On the upper floor of this warm and inviting villa, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms.
The living area boasts an alluring beamed ceiling and a huge corner sofa. The views of the pool and terrace from the dining area are lovely.
