The home offers panoramic views of the pine and olive treetops, the Aylaki Creek below, and the azure Ionian Sea in the distance. The views are breathtaking from sunrise to sunset, with some of the most stunning sunsets lighting up the night sky and then a canopy of stars arching about this charming property. The property, which is tucked away in one and a half acres of private grounds, is just a 10- to 15-minute walk from the lively city of Gaios, the island's capital.

The villa's exterior features a serene arrangement of areas, with the vistas taking centre stage. Private patios, reading nooks, and an amazing pool terrace with a large dining table for outdoor parties can all be found here.

The roomy interior is filled with plenty of charm and elegance. Every area is calmed by exposed stone, which works with bleached walls and subdued hues to highlight the meticulous design and minor details. Five spacious bedrooms in the villa accommodate a total of fourteen guests, each with an own bathroom. The first choice is who gets which lovely bedroom, from double rooms with balconies to even a fun bunk room great for four children to share. Each provides its unique individuality.

The villa's primary entertaining area is located on the ground floor, where a sleek, modern kitchen is tucked into the stonework and provides a light, airy foundation that is well furnished for aspiring chefs. There are exquisite lounges with doors that fold out to the terrace, as well as indoor and outdoor eating areas where you may savour every meal. Additionally, there is a fantastic game room with exercise equipment, an American pool table, and a cosy movie theatre that is well-liked by all of our visitors.

Lian Vermeer, a celebrated designer, was responsible for the villa's exquisite aesthetic. The luxurious interiors have hand-crafted mattresses, wardrobes, and magnificent furnishings throughout, and renowned artist Kevin Price's original photographs hang on the walls. 1000GBP PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
