We are excited to offer this four-bedroom, eight-person villa from Cosmic Villas. The property is located in a peaceful, private area at a short distance from the natural sand beach in Tersanas Bay. In addition to a lovely beach just outside your door, there are also two excellent beach bars nearby, which are great for refreshing yourself after a hot afternoon in the sun. The village of Chorafakia, where a greater selection of services, including restaurants, stores, and supermarkets, can be found, is only three minutes away by automobile.
The family-friendly property has been tastefully updated, keeping its charm and personality while having all the essential modern amenities. Over two levels, it can easily sleep up to eight people in four luminous and roomy bedrooms. The living quarters, which include an elegant living room, a dining area, and a fully furnished kitchen, are located on the ground level. The four bedrooms—two king-size doubles and two twin rooms—are located upstairs. Each has an en suite bathroom.
The gardens have been carefully planned outside, with the owners taking care to make them just as family-friendly as the villa. There is a nice private pool, which is ideal for taking a break from the hot Greek sun. A fascinating playground area and a separate, shallow children's pool are available for the small ones, which will help keep them occupied for hours! The covered patio is a great place for the whole family to gather together, grill up a storm, and enjoy a meal outside!
