It is strategically located for excursions to explore the best parts of the island of Rhodes because it is equidistant from the mediaeval old town of Rhodes and the cobblestone streets of Lindos.
The ideal entrance to the outdoor lifestyle is provided by a terrace with an eating area, a pavilion with a BBQ, and lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. Along the shore, there are several beautiful beaches with clear waters and isolated locations ideal for sunbathing. Tsampika, which is close by and has soft, golden sands, is regarded as one of the nicest beaches on the island. Afandou's own beach has cafés and restaurants where you can relax with a cold drink in the sun or savour some delectable Rhodian seafood.
The residence itself has a fitness centre with a sauna and a hot tub, and the roomy private pool is perfect for a morning swim. It's nearly impossible not to feel comfortable in this bathroom because it has a bath with hydro-massage capabilities. Four spacious bedrooms with balconies and two stories of the property offer magnificent views. There are two more shower rooms with lavish walk-in showers in addition to the main bathroom. With a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area inside, and a kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and other amenities, the living quarters are spacious and well-appointed.
From the natural splendour of the Epta Piges to the nightlife of Faliraki, there is much within a short drive to suit all tastes. With its enormous slides and waves, the thrilling water park at Faliraki will be a hit with kids, and Rhodes' historic monuments are close by as well.
