This lovely beachfront villa is offered by Cosmic Villas and is located on Karvouno beach in the charming village of Sivota. If you want to visit one of Mainland Greece's most untouched areas, Sivota is a terrific place to go. The villa is close to a number of amenities, including eateries, pubs, and retail establishments. The stunning beach offers breathtaking views of the glistening Ionian Sea, making it the ideal destination for anyone seeking a restful getaway.
Up to seven people can sleep in the contemporary villa's four bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms and a second single bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms, are located on the lower ground floor. One of the living rooms, replete with a home theatre system and patio doors connecting to the terrace area, is also located on this level. The open-concept kitchen and living area, along with two further double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, are located upstairs on the ground floor.
There is a private pool outside that is the ideal vantage point from which to take in the views of the beach. A covered terrace with a BBQ is also available and is excellent for outdoor eating. The enormous chess board ups the fun quotient! There is also an indoor hot tub and sauna, so there is truly something for the entire family.
