This opulent villa is offered by Cosmic Villas in a breathtaking setting where it enjoys natural light and breathtaking views of Mykonos's untamed and undeveloped Fokos Beach. Its position makes it ideal for beach vacationers because all you have to do is walk outside to access Fokos's sandy beach, which features gorgeous clear blue sea and no parties. It is the ideal setting for relaxation.

The house is divided into three floors, and each floor effectively utilises a room to create a relaxing vacation home. Larger parties and families travelling together will enjoy this villa, but if you'd prefer to be alone, you can also find a spot on the grounds to retreat to. Large sofas, a television, and plenty of room have been added to the living area to make it a meeting and entertaining area. Additionally, it provides direct access to the outside, which is wonderful for letting in a breeze or for effortlessly transitioning between the interior and outdoor spaces.

You can have meals at the circular dining table in the living area as well. This isn't the only place to eat; you can also eat outside on the patio furniture while admiring the breathtaking views that Fokos beach by itself naturally offers. The living area has been exquisitely illuminated, and the natural light just makes the room look even better because it simply reflects off the white walls and makes the room feel larger! Similar to the living room, the kitchen boasts lovely lighting that accentuates the stainless steel appliances and brilliant white cupboards. It comes fully furnished with all the amenities of today.

You'll find locations for everyone of you to retreat to when necessary thanks to the seven bedrooms and variety of layouts offered! Five double bedrooms, one of which includes two single beds, and two master bedrooms are included. The rooms all have comparable designs and layouts, and some of them feature en suite bathrooms. All of the rooms feature air conditioning, which may be important if the warm nights keep you up at night.

Go outside to the patio, where you'll find sitting outside and cobblestone walls. Then, you'll discover a personal pool and an outdoor jacuzzi that are available for you to use, unwind in, and splash around in! There are sun loungers available for you to unwind on and top off your tan. If you enjoy eating outside, the villa's BBQ is available for your use. The property even features a church fit for a fairytale wedding if you want to hold a special event!

Mandatory Breakage
2000 GBP PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
