Cosmic Villas offers a magnificent property that provides a wonderful welcome to the Peloponnese, which boasts a wide variety of amenities and an excellent view of the Messinian Gulf. This 4-bedroom home on the outskirts of Mount Taygetos is great for families and features a sizable infinity pool, a hot tub, and a full-size tennis court, among other facilities.

The property is situated west of the city in the Vergas region, just a short drive from Kalamata. Its expansive gardens, which are flanked by farmland, provide something to appreciate on many different levels. An outdoor patio area with comfortable seating is close to a large swimming pool and sun terrace.

There is still much more to come, but taken together, this makes a terrific place for entertaining. Another beautiful terrace that is level with the home's upper floor is accessible by ascending a few stairs. A large grill and a roomy dining area may be found here.

The tennis court and a children's play area are just a few more steps away. This villa stands out thanks to its remarkable layout, and we haven't even entered it yet.

The interiors are equally stunning, with a sizable open-plan living and dining space that opens to a sizable balcony patio and has a fantastic view of the sea. This chicly furnished room is located on the same floor as a fully functional kitchen.

The home has four bedrooms, each independently and colourfully decorated with an en suite bathroom, and can accommodate up to eight people. These rooms are spread out over two floors, with one in a separate, adjacent annexe that has its own door but is still part of the main home. You can also use the gym, billiards table, table tennis, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi throughout the facility.

The property puts you close to the city's excellent dining and shopping options as well as the Kalamata International Airport. There is much more to discover along the Costa Navarino; trips to natural treasures like the Gialova Lagoon or ancient sites like Ancient Messini are also reasonably accessible.

Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
