Our Villa is located on the island of Lefkas amid the stunning, unspoiled Greek countryside.

With a private pool and guest house that sleeps an additional two people, this three-bedroom villa is built out of natural stone.

A jacuzzi bath, a terrace, air conditioning, exposed beams, locally made rugs, and antique furnishings are just a few of the features that combine modern comfort with classic Greek architecture in this residence.

It has small-town charm with its flat roof, stone façade, and little green wooden shutters.

The property is remote and tranquil, enclosed within its own own garden area with a serene courtyard and potted plants.

Here, guests have access to a private pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue grill.

After preparing your outdoor dinner, you may dine outside on the veranda under the protection of a lovely mulberry tree and take in the view of the gently sloping Greek landscape.

Visitors will immediately notice the stunning exposed beams, stone-flagged floors, and big windows that let natural light flood the ground level of the property.

The furnishings are ancient, including a lovely oak dresser and a nicely carved dining table that seats up to six people.

The decor is kept light and neutral with white stone walls and cream sofas to highlight the rustic architectural characteristics. The villa's furnishings, some of which date back as far as 1870 and others from as recently as the 1940s, are entirely locally sourced and add to its eclectic and homey "country manor house" atmosphere.

A stunning open fireplace and contemporary accents like a TV and DVD player can be found in the living space, which also has comfortable seating and a gorgeously tiled coffee table.

The ground floor's open layout also includes the kitchen, which has a charming tiled counter top, red and white cupboards, and substantial wooden cabinetry.

There is a breakfast bar, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a washing machine in this area.

A perfect place to have your morning coffee or breakfast while taking in the breath-blowing panoramic views is the kitchen's direct access to the veranda.

Additionally, there is a large shower room with a walk-in shower cubicle, a sink, and a toilet on the ground level.

This space is light and airy with a red-tiled floor, exposed beams, a mirror over the sink, and modern lighting fixtures.

A ground-floor open wooden staircase that leads to a distinctive and lovely sitting hall connects to the first floor of the Villa.

Visitors can choose from a variety of books to read while unwinding in a chair or rocker here.

Exposed beams and delicately created rugs on the wooden flooring, as well as a door at the far end of the hall that leads to a small balcony, all contribute to the serene and cosy environment.

Doors leading to the three bedrooms—one double and two twin rooms—are located off the sitting hall.

The ancient brass bed frames are covered in crisp white linens or delicate floral designs, and each room has white stone walls and wooden floors.

The first floor of the villa has air conditioning, and the wardrobes and cabinets are made of dark, thick wood and offer lots of storage space.

For your comfort, the windows also have mosquito netting.

On this floor, there is a corner bathtub with a shower connection in the primary bathroom.

Here, the colour scheme is white and cream, with tiled walls and floors, a basin, a mirror, and lighting in a modern manner.

A small one-bedroom guest house is available for rental by visitors to this opulent villa.

It is the perfect size for two families travelling together or bigger family groups.

There is a large, air-conditioned twin room in the home with gorgeous exposed beams and stone-flagged floors.

The numerous windows provide plenty of natural light and truly highlight the breathtaking views, and there are also double doors that open out to the patio and pool.

The bathroom has a blue and white colour scheme, tiled floors and ceilings, a giant mirror with a gorgeous tile surround, and a corner jacuzzi.

Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
