On the western side of the Greek island of Kefalonia, which is stunning, is where our villa is situated.

The largest island in the Ionian archipelago, it is renowned for its breathtaking beaches with crystal-clear water, its delectable seafood, and its dramatic scenery of lush fields and limestone cliffs.

The island's Mediterranean climate results in bright, sunny summers and warm, rainy winters.

A one-hour drive will get you to Kefalonia International Airport from the villa.

The villa is located in a calm, secluded neighbourhood with breathtaking sea views on a 20-acre tract of land, making it the perfect setting for a serene and relaxed vacation.

The building's outside and interior include a blend of traditional and modern décor, with colourful accents that give it a cosy feel.

The property has been constructed with an eco-friendly perspective and makes the most of the available natural energy resources.

With room for up to 10 people, this huge home is ideal for large families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, there is a sizable open-concept living space with a breakfast bar in the kitchen, a dining area, and a cosy living room with a fireplace.

The spacious patio doors provide lots of natural light and allow you to take in the breathtaking views of the surroundings.

These doors may be fully opened to provide easy movement between the internal and outdoor spaces.

On this level, there are another four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and individual verandas where you can relax and take in the scenery.

Three of the bedrooms have twin beds, while the other one has a queen-sized bed.

For simpler sharing arrangements, the twin beds can be kept apart or put together.

The large master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen-sized bed, an en suite bathroom, a fireplace, and a sizable terrace with stunning panoramic views.

Two more sofa beds are also accessible on the property.

You can appreciate the wonderful outdoor space it has.

An outdoor dining table, plenty of chairs, hammocks, and sun loungers are all present and available for your use.

The spacious saltwater infinity pool is ideal for a refreshing dip, or you may swim in the sea just 50 metres away if you want.

For your convenience, there is also an outdoor shower, and you can use the BBQ to cook your meals outside.

Free Wi-Fi, private parking, a free shuttle to and from the airport, a gym, a pool table, a table tennis table, bicycles, kayaks, horses, horseback riding supplies, and a kids' play area are just a few of the amazing amenities and activities offered by the resort.

Mandatory Breakage
1500EUR PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
