Our villa enjoys a prime location with stunning views of Loutraki Bay. It is in a great location, close to the beach and other amenities, and only a short drive from Chania, a charming town known for its Venetian port.
The modern four-bedroom villa has a double bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor and a huge open-plan living area with patio doors leading to the pool area.
A lower ground floor annexe with adaptable living space is available; it has a separate entrance and a second open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area in addition to a twin bedroom and en-suite shower room.
The main bedroom is located upstairs on the first level and has a balcony with views of the ocean.
A family bathroom and a second twin bedroom with access to a balcony with views of the sea are also there.
There is a sizable private pool outside where guests may relax and take in the magnificent scenery.
Additionally, there is cosy furniture that looks out onto the lovely gardens, which is the ideal location for outdoor eating.
