This means an extra one to two guests can be accommodated if required.
The lower ground floor is where you will find the fifth bedroom, which has a double bed and access to a separate shower room.
This floor is also home to a large games/leisure room with pool table, table football and a treadmill, as well as a laundry room with washing machine.
The outside space has been wonderfully designed to make the most of the villa’s elevated position and sea views.
The main highlight is the private infinity pool from where you can soak up the very best views.
Around the pool are numerous sun loungers and some outdoor seating for relaxing in style.
Next to the outdoor dining table on the partially-covered terrace is a built-in barbecue for enjoying alfresco meals.
The rest of the outside space is made up of several stone-walled terraces with lawns and various exotic plants and trees.

1000 EUR PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
